Spotting during the pill

Hi,

I started taking the pill Microgynon about three weeks ago, and since I started (on day 1 of my period) I have had bleeding, although it's not as heavy as a normal period, and more brown. How long will this last for?

Also, is it OK to go straight on to the next pack without having the week off

And, I had unprotected sex on day 4 of taking the pill, is that high risk?
