    I joined and posted, but no one ever visits it looks like. I think that more of us might benefit from sharing and encouraging...so if you are joining the fitness group...start posting. Your goals, your achievements, your frustrations, we can deal with them all.

    Oh i'm here.

    I'm hitting the gym every day for some cardio.

    But i've hit a plateau. My weekends just wreck the progress I make during the week.

    I've been wanting to post a picture of my progress since last time I posted one, but I haven't made much.

    Gonna step up the workouts cause I can't give up my ribs and chicken wings.

    Hi, im new here and wasnt sure either lol. Im also hitting the gym daily, gave up smoking 2 months ago and joined a gym to take my mind off cigarettes and its the best thing ive done. Im 1 stone lighter and happy with my body, but still working on it

    I've been doing my darndest to stick to my Jillian Michaels workout DVDs, they're awesome.

    The holidays just wreak havoc on my exercise schedule because I never have time to do it (I really only can after I get home from work). I've only been able to maybe 4 times in the last 2 weeks, and probably will only be able to get a couple in this week.

    So I'm pretty much the same as when I started, which makes sense and is fine. Everyone says I don't NEED to lose weight, just tone up, so that makes me feel like I can be a little easier on myself. I've been eating much better as well.
