I am going crazy trying to find a multiple vitamin for women over 50 (I'm 60). There are so many out there but I would like to hear from anyone my age that has one they really like and seems to have the ingredients in them that older women should be getting. Thanks!

    Smile Good news for you...........

    Hawkssr,
Hi! There is something that may help you. Almost ALL vitamin supplements on the market are synthetic. Anything synthetic your body does not recognize and will discard it out of your body which leaves your body nutritionless. There is a new science that is through word of mouth that you as a consumer have the right to know about it. Reasearchers all over the world are studying this new food science and it's impact on disease.
    Respectfully and sincerely,
    Ann

Perfectil is a good brand for healthy hair, skin and nails. Usually women buy this brand.

I do not agree with mannalife. From experience I've gotten alot of benefits from supplemental vitamins. I became anemic because of a 95day long period and my doc put me on prenatal vitamins because of the high folic acid and iron in it. I quickly started feeling a bit more awake. Anywho, One a day womens 50+ is a good one. My mom took that for a while. Doctors suggested that one to her
