When My Sinusitis Triggers
[FONT="]I got this Sinusitis of mine since high school. And every time it triggers, it hurt so much that I couldn't open my eyes, because when I do that it will hurt more. And also sometimes, I couldn’t sleep well because of it.

Sinusitis is very painful, I know. I've suffered for years with it. Doctors found out after an x-ray on my face when I was very young. I take tablets especially for sinusitis and they work a treat. I use Sinutab, but I'm from the UK. Not sure where you're from but if you can't find them, then have a look around for alternative ones which help the sinus.
Good luck!

I've had sinus problems all my life, and in high school I would get at least 6 or so sinus infections a year. I finally went to a nose/ear/throat doc and he did an MRI on my sinuses, and he told me sinus surgery would be a good option for me. I went ahead and did it, and I'm SO glad I did! I was really scared at first, I had never had any kind of surgery before, but it wasn't bad at all. The worst part was having to breathe out of my mouth for a couple weeks (your nose will have packing in it), but there wasn't much pain. It's been over a year now and I haven't had a SINGLE sinus infection! I would advise seeing a specialist and see if you would bennefit from it too.

I also have sinusitus...I have not gone to a specialist yet, although I am sure sometime in the future i might...my doctor in highschool had me on a few different sinus medications, I tried allegra D, clariten D, both with nasal spray, and nothing seemed to be working....
I did find a good way to get through it while you are waiting for a better solution....BROTH...I've been boiling chicken on the bone with garlic and onion, until most of the water is gone, then keep adding more water....I really dont like onions, but if you just keep boiling and boiling the garlic and onion eventually boil down to nothing. Boil it until you get a nice tasty broth, drink a cup before you go to bed, then boil it down to almost nothing again, put in a jar, and refridgerate, and you now have some chicken garlic broth concentrate that you can add water to the next night, boil a little more and drink a cup of.....if you keep doing this at least a few times a week, it really helps your sinuses, and you will wake up feeling better.
