Concerned

I have never missed a period. I am now overdue 10 days. The thing that concerns me is I have been cramping for 3 weeks. You know the kind you get right before starting. I am 45 and have had no other problems. So for 3 weeks I am on the edge thinking now...now and nothing. Please give advise.

You said you had no other problems, have you given any thought to the idea that maybe you could be pregnant? It may not hurt to have a pregnancy test just to be sure.
