Hello ladies! 2 days down, 5 to go for this week
Yesterday I did a class that is new at our gym. We got a partner and did reps of cardio and weights for an entire hour.
Today, I did a class called 20/20/20
20min Cardio (today was kickboxing)
20min weights
20min Yoga
I think I was much more fond of the 20/20/20 but I liked having a partner for the Monday class. I have asthma but don't like to use an inhaler, so I putter out around 1/4 mile.
I forgot how much I enjoyed yoga, but I get bored after 30min. The 20/20/20 will be giving me different routines week which will be great to break up my Warrior and Spin class.

mostly cuz i have a very limited budget so i find it really hard to buy too much groshries at a time and veggies are so expencive. but i'm working on it and I won't give up. On a happy note, i offishally am a member of the YMCA now
