I love those pictures! I like the way the girls put their eye makeup on, they looke really pretty. I try to make my eyes like that and I can't. I'm from the US and I know when you say a lot of girls don't wear their makeup heavy here however I fall into the category that likes the way it looks. Please post some techniques I will make sure Im checking them out.

Those pics are gorgeous! I like natural make up, im more into the eyes i love doing my eyes, i have a had time getting the eyeliner to stay even on top of my eyes though, you know after you put eyeshadow you wanna put a eyeliner over, well thats the hard part for me!

I know what you mean,
you have to use a good quality eyeliner, I prefer to use liquid eyeliner, it lasts until I wash my face, plus it is much darker than pencil eyeliner so it brings out the color of you eyes as well as it helps to show your eye shadow more distinct
I use pencil eyeliner for the inner side of the eye
