Idol Tonight?!?

What does everybody think about American Idol? I mean I know its such a great success, and I guess its kinda funny, but is it becoming a little bit too much? With an hour-long preshow--before the real show now being put together,called Idol Tonight, are they overdoing it??

i hate american idol...ive never sat down to watch it because its this big thing for 2 hours to watch what? nothing idk tobe honest its a stupid show but i do love kelly clarkson but if ur going to be big do u really need to go thru all this judging? noooo the world is going to judge you b/c by the end of the show ur exactly what simon wants u to be and trust me i dont think anyone wants what simon likes hes a jerk he makes fun of everyone....is he perfect? def NOT!!!!!!! so in conclusion american idol is STUPID*!

I like American idol, it is getting a little ridiculous!!! Doesn't it play 3 days in a row!!! I do like Kelly Clarkson and Kerri Underwood, and its great that they have been given such a wonderful opportunity! However, they really need to condense the show!!! Isn't 1 night enough??

Did everyone think that the polling of American Idol was REALLY that close. I mean, all 3 american idolists got exatly one third of the votes. I dont know, i think those numbers may have been altered a bit.

Nonetheless, now with Elliot having had lost, who does everyone think is going to win this thing??

I think Chris should have been the clear winner!!! Does anyone know when this finale is???? Will it be tomorrow or next week!?
