spotting

Hi, im new 2 this site and im lucky 2 have found it. here is my issue first my period started 5 days late and i spottted 3 days before i actually started, my period seemed normal went off on the 5 day as usual. Monday no spotting, tuesday i noticed pink after i urinate, this happens again today, but its more and im passing something that looks like flaky tissue and my pelvic area is tender with mild cramping. This is very odd for me cause i never spot and im always regular. Im getting paronoid thkn it might be fibroids or cancer, has anyone had this problem before?
