Problem Editing
After I created a thread I found that I made a mistake instead of typing "breast" I typed "Best", I tried to edit the title, but there is no way to do so,
plus, If I create a thread, there is no way to delete it, I see many threads submitted twice, I think the person who creates a thread should be able to delete it as long as no one has replied to it.

If you send me a link to the thread with the incorrect title, I will see if I can correct it.
The reason we do not allow people to delete their threads or posts is because a lot of people try to come here, post and get information about everything they need, and then immediately remove all of the content they posted. The problem with that is that if we let people do that, we would end up with less content. Our content is important to this site. Plus, if we enabled thread deletion, there is no way to prevent them from deleting threads with more posts attached to them.
We do our best to go through and delete duplicate content. Usually the people who post duplicate messages are doing it out of desparation to get an immediate response (sort of like "hey! look at my question!" and they are not likely to delete their duplicate posts anyway. Rarely, a user might accidentally submit twice.
