getting pregnant after depo???

ok my last shot was suppose to be on August 9th.i didnt get it because me and my boyfriend are trying for a baby.i got my period it lasted one week.but when i was on the shot it lasted 2 weeks and was very heavy and painful.so now i cant help but wonder could i get pregnant?? or is this just because i got off the shot.and if its not when will i de able to concieve? sorry lots of questions....any advise would be helpful.thanks!!!

Sounds like your periods are just starting to return to a normal flow. I was on depo for a long time and it took me about 8 months to concieve after I got off of it. And I was told it can take up to a year before you are fertile again but everyone is different. If you are worried that you may be pregnant take a test Hope things turn out well for you Good luck
