    Question Plastic Surgery Addict??

Hi! I'd like someone to answer my question -

Is there such a thing as cosmetic surgery addiction?

Recently I have met this beautiful woman which was my neighbor
for some time and I can't describe how good she looks. She was in her late 30s but the told me that she had three or four surgeries. She had corrected her nose, cheeks, and ears and had one liposuction. I couldn’t understand why she was doing that because she was simply gorgeous. She even talked about her future plans and how she was hoping to have breast lifting..

She also is not ashame, even proud of to show her before and after pics, she even gave me a link.

Could this be some form of addiction?

Yes there is. I saw a woman (Jenny Lee) on Oprah who was addicted to plastic surgery. Plastic surgeons should exercise responsibility in cases when their patients are obviously addicted to PS. However, the majority of them would turn a blind eye just to please their clients. Just look at Michael Jackson!

Anyway you might want to show your friend this list of people who had WAY too much plastic surgery. Might help change her mind. Who knows she might even have body dysmorphic disorder...

yup a person can be addicted to plastic surgery not for the surgery itself but because of the way someone may picture themselves
