Ehh, I doubt you need surgery. Mine are the same way, and I was mildly concious of them as a teenager, but now I just dont really care. The worst thing about it is that a tiny bit more extra care may need to be taken to make sure they dont get torn or stretched if sex gets a little crazy. My boyfriend said he doesnt care one way or the other when i asked him if he thought they were unnattractive early in our relationship. I love my body and all its differences, and to tell you the truth, I dont think any one size of labia are any different than any others!

Take her advice dont get them cut off, you will bleed really badly and its not a good idea when clearly a lot of men like it believe me.

I am one of those that think large lips are a turn-on. Can't tell you why but its really sexy for me.
