Why can't I upload a profile picture?

....I have tried several times. I keep getting "upload failed" message.

Hmmm... make sure the image is within the width and height specifications listed on that page. Also, make sure the file size is not too large and that you are uploading an allowable file type. All of those specifications should be listed there in your profile editor (User CP). Any of those things could cause your image to not upload.

Another reason could be that occassionally our server get over loaded with requests/data and could possibly give you an error. Wait a while and maybe try again.

Let me know if you still have problems after checking those things.
