Since the house is in your name, you could just kick him out. One day while he's at work (or away with his family,) call the locksmith and change the locks! Rent one of those storage boxes they bring to your house, put all his stuff in it, and have it sent to his "dearest mumsy's" house. Keep the ring somewhere SAFE, and leave it somewhere documented for him.
All this is so he can't sue you; can't say you kept any of his belongings or caused any of his belongings damage.
(I think I watch too many court shows ^_^)
Rent the storage facility yourself so he can't say he "can't afford to" move out. He can most certainly live with the family he loves so much.
And don't be afraid to call the police if he won't go away! Lock all the doors against him, and don't let him in. If you can't afford the mortgage by yourself, sell the place. Make as many changes as you need to keep yourself stable withOUT him.
I'm very happy that you're able to make this decision, and reading back on this thread, I'm sure it's one long since due, and one you'll feel phenomenal about afterwards.

I totally agree with Little on this. Don't worry about the fish, your well being is more important. Bag 'em up and take them to the nearest fish/aquarium store - call around, some stores (at least here where I live) will take them for you if you are moving etc. Years ago I used to have salt and fresh water tanks and when we moved we did the same with our fish.

I got dressed this morning decided to dress up cute to make me feel better. But now I am feeling very sad, trying to control my crying. I just wrote this because this is how I feel right now.

It sounds like you have put everything into this guy. Live your life for you -not someone else. Live your dreams. If you feel very depressed - go take a run or a walk - excercise will help you feel a lot better and you will soon meet someone new. In the meantime take care of yourself.

Yes in the end that is what happened.
I thought I was doing everything right. I had my list of qualities I was looking for in a man. I was 26years old at the time. But when I met his family and was the outsider coming in and they didn't approve that killled the whole make sure he is family oriented I was looking for.
I never got to see how he intereacted with family and friends because I was the plague. I never got to chit chat with the girls and get more of a background on what type of guy he was. I never got to call up his sisters or mom and say lets spend the day shopping or lets go get a bite.
I tried so many time to have them over for dinner I would spend the day getting food ready (he has a big family) get the steaks and shrimp cooked then to find out an hour before dinner they weren't coming or not even a phone call. I have never treated anyone or would ever treat anyone the way I was treated. In my family when someone new comes in you welcome them get to know them. you want to know the person that my family member is dating that is making them smile you don't treat them like they are nothing
I went strictly by what he told me how he acted towards me. Boy was I ****** 4 years later to find out I was being lied to.
