Well, you're not pregnant, first of all. In case you were worried. It's impossible.
Second of all, anything that affects your hormones (ie, sexual acts of any kind) can alter your menses. It's just hormones; don't worry about it.

Well, I'm 19, started puberty more than 7 years ago, and I'm still not regular. And I noticed any time my level of sexual activity changed, my period went pretty crazy.
The white secretion, as long as it doesn't smell, is normal.
The stress of the holidays is probably making your period erratic, too. So just wait for things everywhere to calm down ... give it 2-3 months, and if it's still strange, see your gynecologist. I'm just a woman, not a doctor, but usually periods at strange times are normal; nothing to worry about.

Anything that won't make you pregnant is perfectly safe, no matter what is going on with your period. I'd even say penetrative sex would be okay, except that if you do that and your period is still being irregular, you might think you're pregnant, adding more stress, and making your period even more irregular. That's just common sense; no need for a doctor.
Women's health issues are pretty messed up in the medical field, anyhow ... a year ago, I was having one-sided stomach pains and diarrhea, had only had sex twice, protected, and all the doctor wanted to do was give me a pregnancy test ... he didn't even tell me he was going to do it.
Go straight to a gynecologist if you decide you need a doctor's attention; especially don't go to a religious clinic (around here, they're the ones with "Baptist" in the name ...) They don't treat unmarried women with lower-body health problems with much respect.
