    Default Privacy

Your site says that privacy policy is for the following:
Public Information (found in search engines)

    # Your user name
    # Your user profile
    # The threads and posts you make in our forums

I think a person's birthday and occupation should NOT be
shown to the public.. especially the birthday.

There are people who use this kind of info for identity theft.

Please take the birthday info off your publicly viewed area
and review the other fields too to see if it's appropriate
for googgle and other searches to show personal info like that.

    thank you.

Those things are normal information displayed on forums, and that's me speaking as an internet user, not a mod.
You don't fill in the blanks that you don't want made public, and that's anywhere.

I have to agree with Little. You don't have to fill that information in. It is elective. If you go to your User CP-->Edit Profile, you can edit that information. Not only can you leave it blank, but you can choose to hide parts or all of it. Identity theft can only be effective if you give the right combination of information. Your birthday is useless to anyone if you are using a random and unidentifiable username. Obviously, do not use a username that would include something like your real name or email address and you will be fine. We are fully aware of identity theft and do all that is necessary to prevent it. We hope that you can now feel comfortable in using our site without any worries.

    Default thanks for the info

Now maybe there's a bi woman who likes a man who's also bi
out there and would like a relationship with me.. as much as
I would love to have a bi woman in my life as my life partner.

It's special cause we both appreciate the discretion about
friends and family and the naturalness of us both being bi
so much that we crave the opposite sex that understands and
enjoys that their parnter could share t he secrets and joys
    of bisexuality with each other.

    Orallybi,

Your post has nothing to do with your first post. Please stay on topic. I also noticed that all of your posts pertain to that topic, just a reminder that we do not allow people to come here looking for other's to "hook up" with. That is not what this site is about.

I agree with Little - mostly. But, some of the information posted at this site is very sensitive. Not all of the posters understand the risks of posting personal information like birthdays in the site.

Maybe the mods could provide clearer warnings to people?
