You don't have to have your hands together...
Picture this - If you are standing up and I am behind you. Now I grab your hands and pull them back. Your arms would go back, one on each side.
Now do the same thing in the doggy style position - the force of him pulling you into him will be amazing.
Try again and let me know.
Also, I have seen a couple of new threads again looking for sexual positions. Try this one (even in the shower).

I don't know what we did wrong because I kept loosing my balance and falling on my face. It was hilarious. I think we were laughing too much.
Seriously, for the few seconds it worked it felt good. So how do I keep from falling on my face?

I don't know why you keep falling...I've never had anyone fall...is he holding your arms straight back? HE should be holding you up with the combination of his penis in your vagina as an anchor and than holding your hands behind you - pulling you into him with every thrust.
I wish I had pics of this position - I can tell you I saw someone do it on Cathouse (the show about the Bunny Ranch on HBO)...I don't remember when - I just remember seeing it and going - "That guy is stealing my move!" (and even the hooker loved it and said it was some of the best sex ever).
To give you a visual of how your arms should be - think about olympic ski jumping. You know how they have their arms straight back and to the side? Well your man should be behind you pulling them back - using them to pull you into him.
Let me know if you need more help

I’m excited!! thanks! But can I just ask, ..so the girls body is lifted up off the bed and she’s just hanging there? her weight taken in her shoulders?

she's squating on her knees - no different than traditional doggie style - but her hands are behind her instead of in front of her.

She doesn't have to be lifted off the bed...although she may at one point or another.

We tried it again but this time my husband was standing, which made it easier to keep our balance. I don't understand how the difference in the hands makes it feel so different. It was a thrilling ride. Your move is a keeper. Thanks.
