What up with all the links?

What's with the clickable link thingys? Is there any way to turn that off, it's a little distracting.

I think they have to do with your browser. I use Firefox and it updated recently and I am noticing the links within text elsewhere too. I could be wrong though...

It looks to me like a problem with coding of the message by the forum, but I'm not sure. It was really easy to remove, so I'll just keep doing that if it continues.
(On Firefox as well ... the only way to surf the Internet, I say!)

Hello everyone. No, it's not a problem with anyone's browser or the site. It is a new advertising method that we have implemented to help pay for our costs of running this site. However, only unregistered members should be seeing them now. Signed in members should not be seeing these links. So if you are signed in and still seeing those links, please let me know so I can figure out why that is happening. Thanks!
