Why is this happening each time I try to post?

Every time I enter a few phrases of text only to post, I get the following error:
The following errors occurred when this message was submitted:

1. You have included 5 images in your message. You are limited to using 4 images so please go back and correct the problem and then continue again.
   
   Images include use of smilies, the vB code [img] tag and HTML <img> tags. The use of these is all subject to them being enabled by the administrator.

I am including NO images, nothing that even smells remotly of an image.

What gives, anyone?

Also, can someone point me in the direction of an edit button or eve a delete post button? Do these exsist?
On the issue above, I am not including anything it shows in the examples, no link, no smiles, etc.

That error some times happens if you are copying and pasting text from somewhere else. Or, it can also happen if you are quoting someone who has included images in their message. Some images that get copied into posts are clear and not visible. So it's a bit confusing. Try deleting ALL everything, including spaces, before trying to reply and avoid copy and paste if you don't need to.

We have disabled the edit/delete options because members were abusing the priveledge.
