About a week ago i started feeling a dull pain around my right hip, then i started my period, it stopped for two days, and then started again

so my worries are either an ectopic pregnancy or ovarian cysts

the ectopic pregnancy seems a bit unrealistic due to the fact that i'm only 18 but it's rather frightening none the less

i was wondering if this is something i should be worried about or just cast it aside and see what comes of it

It is normal for women to get occasional pains in the abdominal area. However, as you mentioned, it is possible that something else is causing the pain. It's hard to say what it is. It could be a number of things. Something like that can only be determined by your doctor.
