I'm a midget, I'm 5'2, with my body structure, i was overweight and held a high percentage of body fat. I had to lose the fat (major medical complications run in my family history, including diabetes, cancer and heart problems), i did so by changing my eating habits and using my lovely manual treadmill. Stress definately played a part in putting me off food as well as some medications i need to take (not mental based), and over working out...but i changed that as soon as i noticed the problem.
I used the "put off" to help select the right foods that my body would need for fuel.
When i worked out, i did not incorporate any weight work, so my muscles right now are under developed. I am currently trying to work on that, as i'm hoping to create a balance before contemplating any major surgeries.
This plays a part as my breast implants are under the muscle. It might help a bit but i don't know until i can achieve my goal.
I did two years of research before contemplating surgery, but it's unbelievable how much you can miss when you focus on the bigger consequences and miss the simple things like weight loss and what effects it might have.
