Default A possible Magic Solution! the No No!

Alright. I am wondering if any of you out there have heard of this or tried it. I have super thick, dark hair. I have had problems since i started shaving I have done the whole Brazilian waxing thing, the nair, the nads. Nair just gave me a WICKED chemical burn and well, waxing...the results were great for a week....if i shaved, too. Lets face it, i cant afford to throw out 100s of dollars each month to be almost bare. Shaving works for a few hours. I shave and i have stubble by that night. After that, i can't shave for atleast a week and a half because my skin is too sensitive . Needless to say. I have a loving husband that does not care how much hair i have..woohoo! but, shorts are great in the summertime. SO! here is the main part of the thread. the No No! Available at Sephora.

"no!no! is based on a new and exciting advancement in hair removal technology called Thermicon. Thermicon uses the scientific principles of thermal transferance to conduct a gentle pulse of heat to the hair."
    -no no website..google it

Apparently, over months, it can dramatically reduce the amount of hair, painlessly. However, it does take awhile (seems worth it to me)
They claim it works on ALL SKIN TYPES and ALL HAIR TYPES! Of course i would run out in a heart beat and get this but with a price tag of $250 I guess i want to see if anyone has one or has heard any stories. If you have not heard anything about it, check it out because we all know we are all sick of suffering with bad unwanted hair! this may be the key, or at least a step to the unwanted hair solution!

    Hi,

I was told about Magic Shaving Powder here.

I googled it and found it at E-Bay, so i'm going to get some and see.

That may be worth a try first, as it's a lllloooootttt cheaper!!!

    Sharing.

Honestly I would not spend 250 on a piece of equipment like that. I tried the powder it was ok and I also found from another board a waterless shaving cream it has been the best I have ever tried honestly because my skin is really sensitive too its called bee luscious shaving cream I think the name itself is pretty awesome. Anyway it has made the hair actually grow in softer so I don't get the itchies or stubble like before. I really recommend looking into it for a try.

    Hi Sonora,

Can you mention the "brand", ie) Gillette...

Then I can google it and see if it's in Australia..

    Thanks,

    Hi Chandler

Its not a known brand like Gillette I found it on yahoo answers there were various posts on it. I was skeptical at first but it was on sale and the cost was 5.96 so I figured if it didn't work is was still cheaper than a salon wax

It worked really good for me and it lasts about a good month when I shave everyday and when I go like every 2-3 days in the cold months it lasts longer. I hope you can find it there its pretty cool stuff.
