This is embarrassing but since menapause, I have wet the bed several times. Is this normal? What can I do? I am embarrassed to even tell my husband

Don't be embarrassed as this is just part of aging...Sometimes our muscles do not hold as well as we want them to and let's face it we sleep sounder with so many pressures of life behind us... Before you go to Depend's or any nightime help try working with your Kegal Muscles...These are the muscles in your vagina...When you are sitting and relaxing, pull them in tight. Squeeze as tight as you can and then expand. Do this over and over and this way you may be able to build them up again so that your uretha holds this back...It is a great exercise... I have told a few women about this....Not to worry....Chances are that this will cure your problem....

Seeing I sailed through menopause years ago, I think you will enjoy all of the wonderful years that you have ahead of you....I sure have...Take care...Caroline

Hi - if your having urinary problems ask your dr to refer to to a urologist ....

There is a procedure they can do now to stop that happening using BOTOX....having your bladder botoxed.... .

Ok its natural to age , but you dont have to suffer with that.
