Hi everyone,
Several days ago I found a really active thread about the soy & why diet. It appeared that some of you had great success with this program. I'm thinking about doing it myself, and logged on for advice.
But the thread seems to have died out.
Is anyone still doing the diet, what is your success and frustrations?
I'm starting it this morning. I bought all the stuff and am getting geared up to try.

Hey I have to do something, I saw what I looked like in my swimsuit in Hawaii last week!
I would appreciate hearing from anyone and just talking with someone that knows how it works.
