a carrot TAX..i am canadian and already we are taxed to the limit,,let's see, 8% provincial tax, 6% goods and service tax.. and now a carrot tax..you obviously work for the government..next thing you know they will be installing a meter on my bedpost and charge me a sex tax..

I know what you mean....I live in the US though. The more you make the more they take. I don't mind paying most taxes as long as it's used wisely. Otherwise certain services would not be available. It's the excess taxing and waste that gets to me.

the only movie i recall brad pitt with anthony hopkins (hannibal lechter) was "meet joe black", altho the plot line of that movie does not seem to match what you described from what i remember of that movie..but then again i wasn't paying that much attention to "brad"..but you could be correct on that.. and to "patricias213", who is "john cena"..
