    Hi,
My 2yo is getting his two year old molars on the bottom. He has all the classice signs and symptoms of teething - grumpy, dribbly, chewing on his hands, sore mouth, runny nose, the occasional unexplained fever without being sick.
My concern is that we have been waiting for these teeth to come up for 6mths now. Is this normal? My doc confirmed he was teething in Mar because she could see the white spots. But nothing has happened since then.
Should I see a dentist? Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

I would call a dentist. Most children get their first dentist appointment at the age of 2.
