Well, aside from surgery... i dont think there are any miracles out there to make breasts higher and rounder. Carrying out sets of push ups or bench presses, can make your breasts firmer. Try doing sets of 10 plus 3 reps to begin with, resting for a few seconds between each set.
When i used to go to the gym religiously, i would spend a lot of time on the pectoral weight machines and i must admit that i did notice a huge difference in my breast tone.
In addition, a well fitted bra that supports you will keep your breasts higher for a longer period of time, before gravity takes its toll![]()
