missed period!

Hi!
I'm 46 years old going on 47 this month. This is July 15th. my last period was May 16th.
I took 3 in home pregnancy tests all came negative. I also went to the doctor and blood test comfirmed not pregnant and no pre-menopause. On the 13th. I douched and for 2 days I spotted alittle. The nurse at the doctors office said be patiente and wait. That was before the spotting. What should I do?

If you have always been regular than you are entering the beginning stages of menopause where you will skip sometimes because your estrogen level is starting to drop or

If you didn't take the pregnancy tests on the 1st urine that morning (more concentrated) you could possibly get negative results.

I also took a blood test for pre-menopause and the doctor said I don't have pre-menopause. I did take the pregnancy test on the 1st. morning urine. Last night I
had pain on my left side. Near my ovaries.
