    Hello ephany!

I am new to this blog too! I read so much about this product. I hope it will work for me. I started the pills yesterday, Sunday 11/15/09 (Apidexin and Detox.

    Here is something about myself:
    - I am 38 years old, 5"5, I weight as of 11/14/09 205.5 lbs.... (this figure scares the H. out of me! I have never been this big without being pregnant!!).
    - I gave birth to my second child seven months ago.
    - I have been breastfeeding/ pumping since then.
    - When I decided to start Apidexin & Detox I stopped giving my milk to my baby (she is big enough now for the formula and solid food which she has been taking for a while now).
    - To help me lose more weight, I decided to keep pumping my milk following the old schedule (about 8 times per day) but of course discard it afterwards.
I don't know if there are women out there who tried this before! It is a bit odd but I thought breast milk has a lot of fat in it, why stop pumping, I can just discard it right after pumping...

I am the type that never loses weight with the wind, I have to force it out!!! In fact I gained 10 lbs breastfeeding... amazing hein? Usually we lose weight, no? Well, not with me! I also gained 50 lbs in each of my two pregnancies... I had to go on a strict diet after the first one to get back to my old me.

So anyway, I wanted to say Hi! and I will keep everyone posted every week. I am eager to weight and measure myself next sunday. I feel a little nervous and that's about it.

Keep posting please, we keep each other motivated and going!

    Love,
    Gaxelle

    Thumbs down Getting Frustrated!!

As noted before I started Apidexin last Thursday and it has now been 5 days. I have not seen a change in the scale, at all! I will admit that some of my clothes are feeling a little loose but that's it. At the same time I don't know if they actually are loser or if it's just me psyching myself out. I also feel totally fine now when taking the pills, no jitters, nothing...which I guess is a good thing. And I've also been sleeping fine, the same as I was before starting the pills. Guess I'm lucky?! I'm not feeling as hungry but it's definitely not like when I first stared taking them...my appetite went away completely. Now my appetite is back after about half an hour to an hour and it's back with avengence..by dinner time I'm ready to eat a freakin' horse. I worked out the first day on the pills and haven't been able to work out again until yesterday because I was not feeling well. I don't know if that had anything to do with the pills or the H1N1 shot I got last Tuesday. But like I said, as of today I am not feeling anything. Part of me wants to stop taking them but I'll see what things are like this Thursday...as it will be exactly a week then. If I don't start seeing a drop on the scale soon I will stop taking Apidexin. Maybe they work with some people and not all ? I won't even try to get my money back if they continue not to work. So far this whole experience has been a HUGE WAIST OF MONEY!

    Hello BabyGsMomma!

Don't give-up! Have you measured yourself? Try to take your measurements and compare. That's much more important then the scale! Our body is made mainly of water, muscles, fat and bones. Muscles are much heavier then fat. If you read through the messages in this thread you will notice that several people have been losing inches but not necessarily pounds or kilos!
Get a tape and write down some numbers, look at the mirror instead of the scale and see your shape now versus before... After another week on it you may be surprised!
I started Apedexin on Sunday, I already fill lighter on my cloths and my waist seems "curvier" than when I started!
Best of luck! I will be posting my results as I go...

Default No Weightloss, Not Even the Usual Due to WW

I weigh myself on Mondays and nothing. Another week or measuring and weighing food and tracking points PLUS taking diet pills and nada.

No side effects from the pills, but it seems no weightloss support either. Bummer.

Trying to decide if I want to keep going or just return them. Might just have to keep going with WW and my workouts.

Keep going, women! We can do it with or without the pills!

    Hey girls,

I have just joined your forum. I live in Thailand due to my husbands' work. My kids have grown up and flown the nest, which leaves me with a little bit more time to do other things such as chatting with you!
Now, I have been reading with great interest your stories about using Apidexin. I have always been told that it is best not to lose weight!
You should lose fat and gain muscle. Is that something you agree with? And could you tell me why you actually go the pill route instead?

Keep up the efforts as there comes a time when they will pay off.

    Love, Flowers

    Hi Everyone.

I’m 5’3” and weigh 167.8 lbs. Yesterday I started using Apidexin WITHOUT the Detox. I felt a bit light headed and warm. I also had a bowel movement 4 times that day and 1 so far today. So far the side effects are not severe enough for me to stop taking it. I am curious to see what the results will be in the coming weeks. Will try to keep posting here about the progress.

Hello everyone. My name is Charis and i am 21 and from Australia. I weigh 77 kilos (169.4 pounds) and am 5 foot 3 tall. ive been watching my weight since the end of august and have lost 6.5 kilos since then as my start weight was 83.5 kilos (183.7 pounds). its just not coming off fast enough so i read this whole thread before ordering my apidexin on 29th October and it finally came yesterday and i took my first lot of api and detox half an hour ago. i feel ok, maybe a little light headed. im just looking for something to speed up the weight loss really as i have already been exercising and watching what i eat.

i really admire SimplyNikki from here. what a champ! i would love to lose another 20 kilos (44 pounds) and im being realistic so i hope to be there by May next year as i am going to Bali. As ive been losing weight at a rate of about a pound a fortnight, i would be over the moon to lose a pound a week haha so i dont think thats unrealistic. Anyway, i hope my journey is a long one and not short lived like so many of the posters here

    Hi Charis,
Well done for losing 6.5 kilos in the past couple of months. I wish that I could lose it that fast. I have been exercising using my bodyweight, but that doesn't do much to losing weight fast. What kind of exercises do you do?

    Keep up the good work!!!

Default Returning the Pills, Staying in the Forum!

They're just not working for me. I am frustrated because my weight loss has stalled. I've been doing the Weight Watchers point system and was losing 1-3 pounds per week. But am still measuring and weighing food and exercising and not losing ANYTHING for the last couple of months.

I have hypothyroidism and am thinking, due to some of my other symptoms, that my medication may need to be increased. Have a doctor's appointment the week after next for a blood test and results.

VERY frustrating to be eating only 1000-1200 calories per day, be hungry all the time, exercise and STILL not see the scale budge!

I was hoping the pills would dull my appetite some and make it easier to stay within my point range. I'm so hungry sometimes I feel like chewing my arm off! And I eat lots of lean protein and fiber. AARGH!!!!

Patience, patience, patience! But I'm job searching this spring and am headed to an outlet mall at the end of January. I want to be at least close to my old size (stupid thyroid!) so I know what clothes I need to buy to interview!

i dont still like the idea of diet pills. remember how they decided hydroxycut was toxic to the liver, after people had been using it for years? My opinion though
