Thats great that youve got a gym membership. I was supposed to get mine last week, but the friend I was going to go with couldnt end up going. Were going to try to go again this week, and if it fails, im going to try to find a new gym friend. I just had a long shower, and im feeling more awake now and the spacey feeling is gone. It seems the energy is starting to kick in now and I feel great. Going to take the second dose of the day, and see how that goes.

    Ill report back later.
    Ciao. xo

Happy Tuesday everyone. I decided to start taking both pills everyday. I tried over the weekend while at home in the event I did feel sick again and everything was fine. Like most everyone else on here, it diminished my appetite almost completely. Since I'm training for a 1/2 marathon I had to make myself eat so I'd have stamina for a long run. I am truly hoping these pills are the final effort in my quest to lose the post-baby pounds. I thought taking up running again would help and it did a bit, but I just can't seem to lose the last 20 pounds. UGH!!! I wish I could say it's "in my genes", but both of my parents are tiny. Very frustrating.

Anyway, I too really look forward to the posts, support, etc that I've found on this site. Thanks for keeping me motivated!

    Happy Tuesday zanyhoagie,
Hurray for you, 1/2 marathon... thats great. Ive taken up running a bit but at 276lbs you can imagine how my knees feel.. I want to get down to at least 230 before I kick up the running. Im sure if you continue doing what you're doing you lose the post-baby weight. Like weve heard so many times, consistency, eating right/excercise (which your doing already) and the help of apidexin Im sure you'll accomplish your goal.
My appetite has diminshed as well, and Im not really experiencing alot the other side effects. I will up my dose to 2 pills by thursday.. I'll report on that later...
Good Luck to you, I know you can do it!!!!

Hello all! As of Sunday I had lost 7lbs in a week. Not too bad and realistic enough for me. I wanted to let everyone in on a workout routine that works! Barrys bootcamp, it is amazing and the workouts are only 21 minutes. You do uper one day and lower the next. You do each exercise for 1 minute then get ready in the next 30 seconds for the next exercise. Its only 14 minutes of actually working out, and yes it does get you heart going and you lose weight, it even includes stretching before and after. Good luck everyone!!! I will keep you posted!

I am on my fourth day of Apidexin, and have actually gained a couple of pounds!

I am doing 30-45 minutes of cardio a day, and my appetite has decreased...but no pounds lost...I am frustrated!

I've read that a few of you encountered the same thing...so I'm sticking with it! Hopefully I will see results soon.

Thanks for all of the success stories...keeps me going! Keep 'um coming!

hi all you newbies that are starting out on these pills. good luck to you.

a quick update for me. i have lost 0 pounds this week. while be it a slight disappointment i know these things do happen. and rather than beat myself up about it i will not get discouraged at all. i have noticed though in the past 2 weeks my appetite has pretty much gone down the crapper. im noticing that im down to just fruits and occasionally some baby carrots. i tried eating a bowl of cereal monday morning and couldnt bring myself to get past 2 spoonfuls. sooo not good. cause i know im not getting any kind of protein or healthy fats coming in. im actually thinking about cutting it down to just 1 pill a day so that i may actually gain some time of appetite back where i can get down a salad with chicken or even a protein bar.
people think starving themselves is a good way to lose weight and im straight up when i say it really isnt. im probably not losing anything because even working out my body is running on no stored up energy to burn the necessary fat calories i guess.
im going to switch things up a bit this week and i shall keep you guys posted

Ok I thought id report how I feel at the end of my first day. My body didnt really like the idea of the pills at first, and im hoping ill get used to it. When i take the pills, i feel spaced out for a while right afterwards. Also, my appetite was supressed, but when i finally got hungry, i was at the point where i HAD to eat right away or i was about to throw up or faint. Other then that, I think mentally they helped me a lot today. I had this sudden boost in confidence that I havent had in as long as i remember. I did have a lot of energy at work as well, but when i got hungry around 7pm i had to leave to eat a snack asap and i felt really light headed. The only thing I didnt like was that i wasnt able to eat during the day cause my appetite was gone, and i cant force myself to eat or i feel sick, but then after the small snack at 7.. i actually got hungry enough to eat something bigger about 11-11:30pm.. which is bad since it causes me not to sleep, plus its harder to burn that off since im not getting physical activity after that. Grr.

I did weigh myself a couple hours ago.. and the scale was already showing a decrease. Like I said, my scale is quite unreliable so i wont post a number, but it was surely quite a bit lower than it was yesterday.

I dont know if Im just freaking out or could this be a reaction to the pills... anyone else experienced this?? HELP!!!

    Hard call.

Could be bugs bit you, could be your allergic to something in the tablets...

Are you allergic to anything else?

Yesterday was my first day on apidexin.. not only have i not slept at all tonight, but ever since taking them, i have random moment where ill get extremely nauseous.. and right now even thinking about taking another pill is making me feel like im going to be sick to my stomach. I thought the sick feeling was cause i had nothing in my stomach, but then it started getting more and more frequent throughout the night, especially when i thought about taking another pill. This is really discouraging.. I think im going to take a break for today, maybe around noon take ONE of the apidexin pills instead of all of the detox+pills .. and see how things go tomorrow..
