That's all too hard...But basically, Organic food is "home grown" without pestercides so there are no chemicals, which can only be good for you.
As for taste, i have grown, pumpkin, cucumber, sweetcorn, beans, snow peas, cherry tomatoes and off course herbs. I moved and work too much now, but a sunny little side of the home is all you need. But the taste is hard to describe, there is taste, they seem jucyier, sweeter, just better, reminds me to start with a few this Spring.
It's also fun to see what you've achieved, if you like to be an achiever and it's way handy to just walk outside and grab a few bits of spinich, basil and tomotoes, off course saves money as well.
