    Unhappy Ew..Back-ne.

I have a problem with pretty bad pimples on my back. They are normal sized pimples, but there are always quite a few of them. It it very gross, and I am always concious about wearing a tank top or swim suit. How can I get rid of this oily mess??
    Please help me!

try this purple container of clean and clear.
take a shower every morning or night.
and when you do scrub it wear you get your pimples.
    (persanol experience)
    this happened to me.
cause acne runs in my family sadly,,,,
so im currently taking birthcontrol pills to join the
ipledge program so i can take acutane....
    my life sucks
    p.s not having sex!
    they make you take it..
    its the law((((((((
p.s again.... only turned 14 so....
haha, but if the cleanser dosnt work
    then go to a dermatoligist.
o and if you cant reach your back
then get a back washing thingy and
    wet it and JUST
put the clean and clear thingy
o and clean and clear is the best over the counter thing you can buy
    the dermatoligist said so.

clearasil 10% benzol peroxide. This stuff really works. I used to have terrible backne but i did exactly this:
    1) Buy a back scrubber (I got mine from Bed Bath and Beyond). make sure it's not one of those "natural" ones. they can hold onto bacteria which is just going to make things worse. Buy one that has plastic bristles that you can clean easily and frequently. Note: This is probably going to feel like you are using sand paper on your back so use hot water on the brush first to soften the bristles. The more you use it the less it will hurt.

    2) When washing your back use any sort of acne wash. Just make sure it has sylacilic acid in it. use this with the back scrubber every time you take a shower or bath.

    3) Buy an astringent and some cotton pads to use once or twice a week. Don't you use it more than once or twice a week or you will overly dry out your skin. You want pretty clean skin, not dry torn up skin. This best used right after a shower when your pores are more open and your skin is soft.

    4) When you get out of the shower, dry yourself off completely and use the clearasil 10% benzol peroxide. A little goes a long way (it can also be used after the astringent). Note: I used this at night with an old t-shirt because it bleaches fabrics. DO NOT use during the day with any shirt you care about, you'll ruin it.

Over the course of a week or so your back should start to clear up a lot. Once all of the zits are gone you can just continue washing your back with normal body wash or soap. If one or two zits pop up again don't go jumping through hoops again. Just go back to the benzol peroxide cream and do a little spot treatment. If that doesn't work, switch to the acne wash until things clear up.

I hope this works as well for you as it did for me.

I'll have to try that since I have backane too. Also I could use the wash on my upper chest. It never seems to go away there at all.
