For a while now i have been getting these red bumps on my neck. They are red and stick up and look like pimples. But the arnt pimples. they dont itch or anything. but when i touch them it hurts a little. not much. anyways. they last for like a month. then the bump goes away and leaves a scar. so i have all these circular little scars on my neck. and now i am getting them on my chest. I dont wear any makeup, or use weird skin creams or soaps. i dont go tanning or anything like that. What could this be?

Just a side note i do have dry skin, and have been told by the doctor that i have eczema but that is on my hands....no where near my neck.

i used to get this bad rash that was on my arm, it was like red dots. Lots of people told me that they will go away but i wanted them gone for good. so i used mosturiser. not the expensive kind either, just sorbolene, it really worked! i put it on sfter every shower and now my arms are smooth again i don't no if thats what you have? but it worked for me! Anyway glad to try and help, Amzie
