Urgent pimple problem! Need's to be fixed by tomorrow!
Ok so I got this party on Friday (tomorrow, I live in New Zealand) but I have a few problems! Im wearing my new, low cut at the cleavage dress but im just of my period therefore I have a few pimples on my back and chest area. They are clearing up but not fast enough! Is there anything out there that can get rid of my problem by tomorrow night? Im desperate! Please help!

I have put hydrogen peroxide on them before and they disappeared the next day. Some people it makes worse though.
