So, I have a question.
Is poping your pimples good or bad? And, with the products I use, it tends to dry out my skin, so I'm itching my forehead alot (where I break out the most) and i just breaks open pimples, then they scab over, and I keep itcing, and the scabs dont go away for a week or so. And it makes my forehead draw a lot of attention, and coverup doesnt really work. Any advice? |

You say the product(s) you use dries out your skin and causes it to itch. Try using it a little less to cut some of the dryness down. If you use it twice a day cut down to once a day, or if you use it once daily go to every other day. See how that works.

My face is crazy oi. I've tried everything from Proactive to Clearasil. The best thing that I've found is Acne Free. It's about $20 and lasts for about 1.5 months and doesn't dry out my skin. It comes with a wash, toner and cream. It's great.
However, if you don't want to change products get yourself a really good moisturizer! If you end up having to use the products you currently use less then clean and clear makes a wonderful moisturizer with a TINY bit of acne medicine involved. Moisturizers and clears

Do not use cover up. Really. After some time and visits to a dermatologist, I believe I have some useful information for you. First, stop touching your face. Pimples, acne, and black/white heads from bacteria and grime clog your pores. Squeezing them does not help. The oils from your hands will be problematic, so will the oil from your bangs if you have any. I have bangs, but I make sure they are far from my face. Oily foods are fine. I recommend Neutrogena and Clearasil. Aveeno is slightly heavy for me, as I have sensitive skin as well which dries easily. Use benzoyl peroxide for acne from Neutrogena, called On the Spot. I highly recommend it. Use it even if you do not have acne. However, whenever applying medication, do not slather, always use a thin film. I also recommend Clearpore. salicylic acid... for you, I do not recommend. It dries out skin easily. Please exfoliate once a week, twice at most. Use small beads such as Aveeno. This will remove dead skin cells and prevent clogging of pores. If you are environmentally conscious, use a peach alternative such as Wash once a day before you sleep. Then use a light lotion. Always wear SPF 15 lotion or so such as Biore Lotion: Wash lightly. Always. Love your skin and love yourself. You are beautiful. Disregard acne scars and etc. You are beautiful! Women don't need make up, they're beautiful without it. (I'm a dude) I always wash my face in the shower, it's easier to clean up and work with! Last edited by Little; 02-08-2009 at 08:43 AM. |

Use "ERYTOP LOTION or Gel" one of the best way to get rid of acne in a very short period of time.
