I never had acne, I always use a face wash like Clearasil every other day or so, but this morning I woke up and suddently my entire face has a rough texture to it. No pimples, just little bumps all over my entire face, like sandpaper or something. Am I washing my face too much? Not enough? I haven't changed my diet, but my sleeping habits have been very messed up. Normally my face is never a problem.
It's sad because I'm making a trip tomorrow to visit the guy I really like... ahh! |

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try it. It doesn't itch, but it's very sensitive to the touch, and kinda heat sensitive, it feels better when I have cool air blowing on it.

Sounds like some kind of reaction. Are you taking any meds? Changed your laundry detergent, soap or shampoo? You could be developing a chemical sensitivity - it can happen anytime, even with a product you've used for years.
