Hiii,
I am a school going student. I go by bike without any protection for my skin. I have skin burns on my hands and my back. I tried many creams and couldn’t get a result. can any one pls help me for avoiding skin burns... ------------------ |

try using a sunblock, with a high spf. A sunburn is caused by all the blood rushing to a certain area of your body to try and cool it due to the UVB rays rapidly heating the surface of your skin. So use a sunscreen with a high spf, and that will help. Just put it on before you ride your bike!!!

UV rays rapidly heat the surface of your skin. A sunburn is caused due to rushing of blood to a certain area of your body to try and cool it. Try going out after applying a good sunscreen lotion on your arms and face.

Wear a good pair of sun glasses and some kind of protection -- the looser the better -- on your head.
