Default Chest acne!

Before and after me period I always break out. Well it's that time of the month! However, the problem is, I break out on my chest more than my face. This is never a big problem in the winter but since it's summer I can never wear cute tank tops or even go swimming without feeling embarrassed. I was wondering if anyone had advice on what to use to rid of my acne because everything I've tried to use in the past really dries out my skin.
Thank you for taking the time to read and reply. <3

well i hate that,, it is embarrasing,, and im not sure wat you use,, bt have you ever tried neutragena's body wash,, its an orange gel,, and you can put it on one of those loofa things lol,, but that really helps,, and also, if your skin dries out from products,, i also use clean and clear oil free dual action moisturizer,, it comes in a purple and white bottle, its really good as well,, so if you use both,, it has helped me alot,, i would get on my back, and occasionally my chest,, if you use those hopefully it wil work for you like it does for me,, um,, also wats good ,, if u have ever tried puttin toothpaste on it,, till it dries then wash it off,, thats also good,, u no for a spot treatment,, m but i would deff recomend those two products for you,, and i know as much as you wanna just like scub ur chest and b like if i clean it more it will go away faster,, no ,,, u dont have to go crazy everyday,, and trust me ive done that plentyy of times lol,, but also give ur skin a chance to heal itself,, so like wash it maybe wen u first wake up and rigt b4 u go to bed,, but dont keep touching,, or anything,, just leave it alone,, i hope maybe i helped a little,, i wish i knew more ways to help
