Default red moles on my skin

Hi, everyone!
I have red moles on my chests - maybe four or five, and lately I've noticed some more on my back. I've heard they are not dangerous but I find it really not aesthetic to have them. Is there a way to remove them or at least to stop them from appearing and multiplying? Is it true that they appear as a result of dehydratating?
