Default want pretty feet

I have had terrible cracks on my feet heels. A pedicure got it all off and
this time I was determined to keep it that way. So every day I scrape
my heels and gently do the rest of my feet. They look real good now.
my question is how often now should I scrape my heels? Oh and I
put on feet lotion too.

do you do the socks and foot lotion treatment. that is you cover your feet and night with lotion, put on socks and bingo nice feet in the morning. i wouldnt scrape your heels more than once or twice a week. a scrub made of sugar and olive oil can be good too.

Few more tips for your pretty feet:
Regular application of mixture of glycerin and rosewater is well known home remedy for cracked heels.
Here are some simple suggestions towards caring for the feet effortlessly:
-Keep feet clean and dirt free.
-Exercise the feet regularly.
-Alternate hot and cold water for a feet bath to soothe the feet.
-Moisturize and exfoliate the feet whenever possible.
-Avoid walking bare feet as much as possible.

Include vegetable oils, green vegetables, cereals, wheat germ, whole-grain products. Take some foods like goat’s milk, dairy products, meat, chicken, oysters, brown rice, cold water fish etc. which are rich in calcium, zinc, iron etc.

Within the last year I've been having trouble with my heels. They are terribly dry, and hard and cracked. I use 100% pure shea butter. I use the L'Occitane stuff. I put it on, then put on socks and then go to bed. It works overnight, literally. But if they're really bad it can take a couple days, but seriously, it's awesome.

Try Just Feet by Sally Hansen. It's fairly new and inexpensive and it awesome! You can find it at Wal-Greens, Target, Wal-mart, etc. It really works and you see results as soon as you put it on. It heals up cracks, but if you stop using it for a few days, your feet may become dry again.
