Default Pimples and breakouts at 23?

I'm 23 and have normal to dry skin. I have never had any acne problems, just the occasional pimple or small breakout here and there. I'm just wondering why at almost 24 years old I still breakout sometimes and it's always in the same place, mainly on my chin. I have used so many facial cleansers and acne treatments, but once my skin is completely clear, a few days later I have a small breakout again. I drink lots of water, wash my face twice a day, and don't wear any kinds of foundations or heavy make-up. Maybe someone can suggest something that helps them keep their skin completely clear all of the time. Any special home remedy or product someone has discovered? I never thought at my age I would still be breaking out like a teenager.

Well hormone changes and stress can have alot to do with sudden breakouts. You said you wash your face twice a day, my derm said that all you need to do in the morning is splash your face with warm water followed by cool. You could be stripping your skin and that has well will cause breakouts. Try not to use to many different products as this only make the problem worse. You could try dabbing the blemishes with tea tree oil.

I've also learned that If i dont keep up with my intake of water, I get break outs bad. I'm 26 and I still get them. ON my chin and around my nose. you actually can over wash your face. I agree with wicked with not washing your face twice a day and up your intake of water

Well stress can b a big part of it.or I know when I start my period,it brings them on.you may be cleaning your face to much,or too roughly.try only once a day.if u do break out,I recommend clearasil extra strength.the small tubes.it works amazing, and after u take it off, apply some lotion.with no scent.personally I sleep with it on my face at nite, then wake up,remove it,then apply lotion.good luck girly.
