I’ve been suffering from pimple problems and sometimes they really get bad. I’ve tried many of the different products available but I’m not satisfied with them because I feel that the results they give are just temporary. Do you have any suggestion of a good remedy for this?

do you just have occaisional pimples? or do you suspect you may be suffering from acne? if its just the odd pimple its just really a case of trial and error with products or try and cut down on your intake of sugar( sugar as you probably know can cause spots) but there are many contributing factors, just google it and you should find tons of info about food which are said to aggravate pimples.
if you think it may be acne go see your GP and they will give you options of anti bitoics or topical lotions to treat your pimples. If these do not work, what worked for me ( i suffer from baaaaaaad acne) was the contraceptive pill Dianette, its a miracle worker really but sadly if i come off it here come the spots again. In extreme acne cases you will be prescribed Roaccutane which is basically a really high dose of vitamin A ( i think) and it dries your skin out to get rid of the spots, however there are alot of side effects so its worth thinking about first. sorry if i have overloaded you with information, its just that i know how it feels to have pimples and not knowing what to do. |

I feel your pain. What I do is I keep my face clean by using a facil wash like Nivea Blue then moisturize and use an anti-acne product (cleocin-t gel). These products are avialble in any local or online pharmacy out there. Hope this helps.

try taking oral medication. you might want to try doxicycline 100mg for a month but be sure to consult with your doctor first. it worked for me big time. like you, ive tried every product there is out there but nothing worked. doxi will really help clear your acne, and depending on the severity, you should be able to see results in just a week. they help prevent breakouts, especially those big red bumps that take too long to disappear. then try washing with tea tree bar - also helps clear and prevent acne due to its microbial content. most importantly, drink lots of water, detoxify, and get enough sleep. good luck!

At least 8 glasses of water a day... I repeat at least 8 glasses of water a day. And cut down on dairy products. Dont pick. Lots of fruits and veggies... the more colorful he better for your skin. And also... they say suprisingly that exercise helps if you was your face after because the perspiration cleans out your pores.
