    Default Acne/Food?

Has anyone ever noticed that a particular food makes them break out?
Also, has anyone ever noticed a food that helps get rid of their acne? Even maybe a certain vitamin?

My acne right now is not getting any better, and I was thinking that any little tip might help.

    Thanks guys!

Chocolate or anything that makes your body heat up is bad.

Yeah chocolate (doesn't stop me though, heh) and rice, which is particularly a problem for some of us living in Asia.

I eat chocolates and rice - I don't seem to have a problem. I think it all depends on your metabolism, how much water you drink, the amount of exercise you do, and how well-balanced your diet is.

Your skin type also is a factor, and the amount of stress you have from day to day, and what medication you are in, among other factors.

Eat more fruit and veggies - more fiber the better. Drink plenty of water. This helps flush toxins out of your system. Are you allergic with make-up? Look at that as well. Your hair could also irritate your face, so tie it back or at least try to leave your face more free of your hair.

What soap or facial wash do you use? Monitor how your skin reacts on those. How frequent do you change your towels, your beddings...I can enumerate a lot. But the bottomline is a well- balanced diet, exercise, adequate water intake, and enough sleep and relaxation.
