    Default Upper cheeks brown spots

I started noticing the brown spots on the upper part of my cheeks after my 2nd child and got a little worse with my
3rd child(possibly when my hormones were changing during pregnancy??) my left cheek is slightly darker than my left cheek. I do apply a moisturizer than has the uvb/spf in it to help with the sun.. but I don't think that's going to lighten it...Do u think bleaching cream would work with out hurting my skin? What would you recommend?

I am using Jiaoli Miracle Cream and I like it very much. It cleared my cheeks of those spots. I don't like bleaching my face as I understand, it dries the skin.

Definately don't use bleach.. Read the lables on the bleaches for clothes..

Don't put that on your face, find alternatives as suggested by the other posters.

I've been told that the dark spots on the face are hormonal. That would seem the case if they showed up (and changed) after having children. So you may want to work you hormones since creams and bleach will just be treating the symptoms rather than fixing the underlying problem.

Did I just advertise?! I didn't mean to... She has to look it up if she's really interested anyway.

Someone uses extra virgin olive oil for wrinkles - maybe it could also help spots? I don't know.

I also used to apply citrus decoction on my face and leave it for 30 mins. then rinse. It is a bit prickly after application, but you'll feel so refreshed after rinsing it out. But don't expose your face in the sun.

It is hormonal and the more pregnacies, the worse it's likely to get. It can also be caused by a chemical burn, use the most minimal products you can.

And eat more fiber, drink sufficient anount of water, sleep well, avoid over-exposure to the sun. I say, NO-NO to make - ups, really!
