Default Something seems weird with my skin.

After a good workout, I started sweating like crazy for the past month.
But until the past two weeks, my face started to sting really really bad after I sweat. Everyday I put on my Clinique lotion but my skin also dries out quickly. Not only that, on the left side of my face, I've been getting bumps everywhere (and a couple pimples) that go all the way down to the left side of my neck.
    What could be wrong here?

Excessive sweating or even mild sweating can seep into your pores and clog them - hence the pimples you are expereincing on your face.

I would stop using the lotion, and start using spot face washes/scrubs.

What's your diet like? It could be too acidic. Do you drink a lot of coffee? I've had this happen before. I get a lot of little bumps on my forehead and I know it started when I started exercising on a regular basis. You could wear a sweat band or bandana to stop the sweat from running down your face. Also, drink lots of water and wash your face right before and right after you workout.

In addition to all that has been said, check your bed and pillows for bed/dust mites. Don't use dryer sheets. And also don't soap your face yet, just wash it with plain water until your bumps clear up.

maybe you can stop using any chemical based products first and go back to the plain water and simple cleanser. also check out your diet, blood level, sugar level or better yet consult your MD. Get a general check up then you'll know what's giving you problems
