Unhappy Redness on face and arms

I have had this rd rash on my arms for..... a long time. I don't have time to see a dermatologist and I have tried everything, if I switch different soaps it sometimes works, but then it like adapts to it so I have to change again. How do I fix it? I also have this redness on my jaw-line cheeks area and my mom says that it isn't rosacea, it is a bit rough but it isn't and I don't know what to do please help!!!!

good thing that it i s not rosacea.. hmm. maybe it is keratosis pilaris..
Rough, dry bumps that feel and look like sandpaper and that occur on the upper arms are commonly due to keratosis pilaris (KP). KP is commonly referred to as “chicken skin” and can occur on the outer part of the upper arms, thighs and even the face. KP does not usually itch, and it is not usually red or inflamed. This type of rash is due to the abnormal buildup of the skin protein keratin in the skin follicles.

but to be more safe or to cure it , you better go to the dermatologist and have him/her check it ..

I think you can try herbal treatment for your skin. Some herbs like Lavender, Calendula, and Cucumber etc are very helpful for reducing redness of your skin.

You could try using some creams and cleansers for evening out skin tones. Also when my skin gets red i use E45 cream and swear by it! You could try applying it twice+ a day and see if that helps you.
