Thread: Help!! What are these pimple like dots on my face?

Hi,

I hope you guys can enlighten me on this matter.
Lately, I have been getting these red dots on my cheeks. Usually when a pimple comes, I do make an attempt to pop them although I know I shouldnt be. However, although they look like pimples, these dots have no pus in them.. After an extended period of time, the bumps go down but the redness stays.

As of now, I have several red spots on my face that do not go away! What are they??
