I have small, red, and itchy bumps on sections of my skin.
I have these bumps on my: cleavage, and the inner part of my right arm next to my armpit. I have eczema, but I only get this during the winter and it only appears on my hands. Right now, it's summer and these tiny bumps really itch, and hot water feels very good on the parts where the rash is. I cannot afford to go to a dermatologist right now and I'm not sure what kind of bumps these are, or what I could use on them as a OTC medication.
Any help would be appreciated.
I've read that drinking coconut water (not coconut milk) can help with eczema. It's worth a try.
they may have flared up die to the sun? I occasionally get red dots on my hands when i have been exposed to the sun. If it persists I would try and go to the doctors especialy as its causing you discomfort and may ultimately irritate your eczema. Alternatively, you could do some researching online? Or go to your local chemist and see if there are any creams they may provide for it?
