Default How do I get rid of undereye dark circles?

Ok,first of all I apologize for my English,I'm Greek...

So,I have those annoying undereye dark cirles even though I'm only 20 and they make me look really ugly and tired even when I'm not.

I'd like to make some things straight first. It's not because I do not sleep well or eat healthy,I always had them.I don't have bags (fortunately). My eyes are circle shaped. I apply concelear and then the powder. They cover them but then they get off,so my dark circles appear again..At this point, I would like to know if anyone(especially with the same problem)has ever used a good long-lasting concealer...If you don't mind saying the brand.

For those times that i don't wear my make-up on( when sleeping, having a bath, go swimming) I was wondering if that recipe with the melting potatoes is working...I also read that caffeine is effective for dark and deep undereye circles. There is a product with caffeine,it's Garnier's roll-on for that purpose but I've read that for dark circles does nothing.Waste of money

So,if anybody has any advice on how to get rid of them please please let me know...And I'd like to say that they're not so bad so as I'll have to use lasers and stuff.

Thank you for your time and any advice given

Dark circles under your eyes can also be a symptom of allergies, food allergies, chemical allergies, environmental allergies, seasonal allergies. use cucumber daily on your eye and you will see it reducing not so fast but slowly. its not something only me telling but the rest of the 98% of the world, try it.

Unfortunately some dark circles are hereditary, they are genetic... and they don't go away. Some can be related to asthma, allergies, lack of sleep, etc... the dark circles that pop up after a night of partying are the ones those creams work best for, those things that help with 'puffy eyes'... but for gentic dark undertone of the skin under the eyes, its common... and it doesn't go away without some sort of plastic surgery.

Try out some nutritious diet: Fresh Fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, cereal crops such as oats, barley, wheat and millets, fresh juices of fruits and vegetables. Plus a healthy lifestyle.

The best home made treatment will be keeping cucumber slices on your eyes for 1-2 hours. It will definitely help you in reducing the dark circles.

Yup. Inherited mine from my mother. I've found the best way to make them "less dark" is to eat a healthy diet and use eye cream at night to make sure the skin under my eyes is healthy and moisturized. Doesn't get rid of them, but it does make me look less like a zombie.

Stress can cause dark under eye circles. Theres not really alot you can do to get rid of them. The best thing to do is to buy some decent concealer and foundation. I know you can use wet teabags to reduce puffiness under your eyes.

I would suggest putting a slice of fresh cucumber on each eye. Lie on your bed with your eyes closed with the cucumber slices on them, for as long as possible.
